RETURNS & REFUNDS
IGK Africa (trading under the brand names, IGK Art, IGK Gurl, IGK Guy and IGK Kid) owns and runs OSA’s Lounge and OSA’s Shop.
- Return Terms & Conditions
a. Returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery.
b. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
c. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
d. For returns and exchanges, send an email to [email protected] with ‘Exchange, Cancel or/and Return’ in the subject line. Provide your order number, product/s to be returned, cancelled and/or exchanged, and reason for the return. OSA’s Shop shall arrange a return with the courier. Note that extra charges will be incurred due to courier service being provided by a third party
e. Personal hygiene products and intimate products (e.g. swimwear and underwear) cannot be returned.
f. Returns do not apply to items that have been altered or custom-made to suit the customer’s requests before or after being purchased.
g. Artworks cannot be returned.
h. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and order number.
i. Any item not in its original condition and packaging, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be accepted.
j. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
k. On receipt and examination of the returned product, OSA’s Shop will reimburse the purchase price paid for the product, excluding any applicable charges. OSA’s Shop will not reimburse any shipping charges relating to the order.
l. Refunds are only processed within 21 working days of receipt of returned goods and/or request for refund.
m. Refunds may be completed within 3-5 working days after being submitted to our clearing house for a refund.
n. Kindly be advised that online payments attract a transaction fee which is charged by Payfast – our clearing house and that is not refundable for transactions. Usually, this amount is up to 3% – 5% of the total payment (which is determined by the clearing house) and will therefore be deducted from the amount refunded. - Shipping (How to Return or Exchange an order):
a. Send an email to [email protected] with ‘Exchange, Cancel or/and Return’ in the subject line. Provide your order number, product/s to be returned, cancelled and/or exchanged, and reason for the return.
b. Once received and approved, OSA’s Shop will process and email you a returns shipping label.
c. To return the product, print out the Shipping Label and stick it over the original packaging then drop off the package with the courier indicated on the label.
d. Upon receipt of returned goods, OSA’s Shop will process your exchange/refund within 21 working days.
